Cancellation of property needed due to fraud

In indian law I am legal heir and I filed partition suite on all properties of my late father one woman who claims to be my fathers second wife was not divorced from first husband but defrauded my father which I came to know recently. They have two daughters minor when I filed for partition suit she sold the properties which my father from his money registered on the minors name she deceived the court and never mentioned the partition suite before taking permission to sell the property

hi if she had sold the property without having any valid permission then you could file petition to cancel such documents which are sold by her in the pending suit in court anf that such documents are null and void
