Cancellation of Gift Deed Executed Without Co-Parceners' Consent

28-May-2025 (In Property Law)
My paternal grandmother (Daadi) gifted a piece of ancestral land to my aunt (Chachi) without the consent of the other legal co-owners (co-parceners). The gift deed was registered, but it has been more than one year since the deed was executed. I would like to know how the gift deed can be challenged or cancelled under these circumstances.

what do you mean:- paternal ancestral property or maternal ancestral property. if paternal ancestral property then share have no rights for transfer via gift deed or any other manner. if maternal ancestral property then she have transfer only their share. if she transferred more than her share in the said property then you have to file cancellation of gift deed in the concerned civil court
