cancellation of gift deed done 10 year back for joint development

I entired into a Joint Venture Agreement with a landlord & hence amalgamated my land which was attached to this land. For making it a single holding we gifted a few Sq.ft. of land from each other lands. Now, the landlord has died and the legal heirs are not willing to work together & nighter they are willing to cancel the deed of gifts. We cannot move for partition as this would take years. Can you please suggest me a better & quicker way to break this holding & cancel this deed of gifts which were made for a specific purpose. The gifted land was 200sq.ft. out of Rs. 20,000 sq.ft.
hello client as i can see your issue is seems to be having importance to you as you wish to cancel the gift deed which was done 10 years ago. it can be cancelled but for cancellation of the gift deed we need to ho through your full gift deed then only we can help you.

Gift deed cannot be cancelled at this stage as per your facts, secondly, you either need to socially solve this matter or u both can re-gift into previous position.
Via court u cant even win this case bcoz after gift both are the true owners of the property.
