Can we sell Only one car parking in a linked car parking, is it legal

I have purchased a flat in Bangalore in 2023, it is a resale property. As per the car parking allotment letter it is a Linked car parking, where we can can park two cars front and back and there is only one way to enter in to the car parking. At the time of registration, previous owner has mentioned i am entitled to use only car parking among those. Is it legal to sell one car parking amount linked car parking which has only one car parking letter with parking number. I have the car parking allo

1. Is your car parking lot a common space or saleable unit ?
2. Is your car parking mentioned as separate saleable unit in sale deed or allotment letter?
