Can we secure stay order on illegal housing society elections

Matter pending in court to appoint RoS administrator to oversee our housing association elections so as to ensure a free and fair one. Matter slated to be heard by civil court on Nov 4,2024.But an illegal management committee(defendants) which has taken over wants to violate this court decision and hold elections on Oct 26,24 with one of their people as the presiding officer. Is this contempt of court and if so what are the remedies like stay order etc which we can consider. Matter urgent!
if the very matter of elections to the association is in question in court then you have to advance the matter to a nearer date ( before the management holds an election) and file a IA to get an order against folding of such an election..
