Can we construct temple on individual residential plot

Hello sir/Ma'am
My question is that can we construct temple on residential plot ??
And if it is illegal then how to make it legal??
You will have to obtain necessary permission and only then can a temple be built on a residential plot of land. If it’s illegal you cannot make it legal you can only get to evade through the legal hassles but in case you get served upon a notice then you will have to reply to it

If you want to build a temple in a resedential area then u need to take the permission of civil authority and clearance of local police authority. If they taken the permission to build such temple then it is ok if not then such construction is illegal and needs to be abolished or get such required permission. thank you
