Can we challenge for gift deed

My father gift deed his all property (ancestral) to my brother's name.
can i challenge this in court?
If yes then how much chances to give me 50% shares of this property.

If it is an ancestral property then even you would have right on it. We can very much challenge the gift deed and make it nullify. Your father does not have the right to part away with the shares of ancestral property without consent
