Can we challenge Bakshish patra in court

Hello, 6 year ago when i was studying my father created Bashish patra (signed Bashish Patra ) to our Gram pachayat. Bashish patra is of giving small land to Gram panchayat for water well. Now we want to cancle that Bashish Patra and we want our small land back. The reason is that now they are forcing for the road and extra space for there equipment and keep restrictions on us and sending us Notice of Gram panchayat. Please, can you suggest how we can cancel the same? Thanks Suhas

Firstly a gift can only be revoked by the person executing the Gift, in this case i.e. your Father. Secondly if the Gift is conditional gift the same can be revoked by your Father alleging non-performance of condition. Thirdly the Gram Panchayat cannot force you or your father to handover additional land. Your father (if he is alive) or you can file a suit for cancellation of the Gift Deed.
