Can this gift deed be challenged

My father made gift deed (self owned flat) to my sister without my knowledge in May'22. I was totally kept in dark. My father expired in Nov'24 after which I came to know about the same. In Dec'20 when my mother passed away, I was made an Associate member in society & my name was included on the back side of share certificate. After Gift Deed, society admitted my sister as member. The maintenance & electric bill is now in her name. is there anything I can fight legally ? I am Marathi she is Jain
If the gift deed was by your father then there is nothing on the basis of which you can challenge the same. The society has correctly transferred the flat in the name of your sister. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

Well, you can challenge the Gift Deed executed in favor of your Sister, you may or may not get success depending upon several factors. The question which will arise in Court, that, what you were doing during the lifetime of your Father, when the flat got transferred to your Sister by your Father via execution of Gift Deed in her favor.
