Can the property be registered on the name of the son?

I am having two sons . Recently i purchased flat in hyderabad and sale letter on my and wifes name. I have paid full amount and shown in income tax on my name. Now i want to get registration, can i get registration on my our sons name. I am a muslim can you please advice, My sons are 30 and 27 years age. I am 62 years old. Regards, Hameed

Yes, the registration can be done in the name of the son. you can also register it in your name and later gift it to your son through gift deed. gift deed among blood relation will not cost you any money which can also be helpful to you. you have both the options.

Hi, Yes you both can transfer the property in both of your son's name as per Muslim law you can also execute gift deed also by way of registration which attracts less registration charge, you both can also execute a sale deed. Call us through website for assistance
