Can the cancellation of gifted deed revert after the donar's death?

My mother gave a house property as a gift to me. But due to my brother's pressure of not talking to her, she changed her mind and took back on her own name. Now recently my mother passed away. And my central government brother come lawyer want that house with all the house holds.
Can I get that house now? If so please guide me as I have no support even from in-law side for my daughter's future.

Can a gift deed be reversed?
The judge cited judgments from the Supreme Court and the high courts and said that unless a right to revoke the gift is included in the gift deed the gift cant be revoked. 22 May 2023
