Can the cancellation of gifted deed revert after the donar's death?

My mother gave a house property as a gift to me. But due to my brother's pressure of not talking to her, she changed her mind and took back on her own name. Now recently my mother passed away. And my central government brother come lawyer want that house with all the house holds. Can I get that house now? If so please guide me as I have no support even from in-law side for my daughter's future.

you will have a share on your parents property equally with your brother....so you can send a legal notice to your brother as you have share on this parents property...approach to any advocate he will help you sending a legal notice to your brother and we will help in getting property to you
