Can taluk surveyor fix boundary of property during injunction period

My neighbour encroached my land and they destroyed boundary of my property .i already given a complaint in taluk office for fixing my boundary they told me it will take long time then also i given a complaint .They are doing some construction works on my property because of that i filed a suit on court to fix my boundary and give injection order to them they got the injection order .My Question is can the taluk surveyor can survey my property and fix the boundary on the complaint that i given in taluk during the injection and case period ?
An injunction order only prevents the activity specifically mentioned in the said Order. Obviously, survey by the Taluk Surveyor or a Commission appointed by the Court cannot be such an activity
