Can step mother transfer ancestral property to her own son

Can step mother transfer ansesterial property to her own son not to her first decesed wife of her husband. Ansesterial property was transferred on the name of step mother after the death of her husband. So what is the share of first decesed wife's son? Will property be devided in three share 1.Deceased wife's son 2.Step mother 3.Step mother's son OR WIll it be devided be just devided in two share for both the sons? Or CAn Step mother also transfer One of her share to her own son? means step mother's son will get two share? I am a grandson of decesed wife.Please advice me.

Step mother can not transfer all part of property to her own son leaving empty to her step son. The property has to be divided in equal proportion to all legal heirs. Contact a good lawyer, apprise him about all the facts and act according to his advice.
