Can some one else other than a lawyer plead for a lady in high court

A widow of a Cook in Police having dispute with daughters and son in laws has been taken to court by son in laws by getting stay on her house she is staying constructed by money received from gratuity and PF of deceased husband. Can she submit a writ in high court through one of her relative to quash the stay order or to request High court for passing Directions to lower court for disposing her matter ASAP, as she is not well and very old. Surviving on her husband's pension only. Can not afford lawyer
No, other than a lawyer cant plead for any one else. In certain circumstance you can plead in your own case only. There are so many apportunites for an individual to get a lawyer for free of cost. In pp are appointed for that.

She can represent the case herself but that will not be a good option she can get a lawyer free of cost through legal services authority of India where government pays the lawyer when the client is not in a position rest you can contact me for details

She can file writ herself and with the permission of the court it can be filed through some relative. If She is Old and can not afford a lawyers fee, she can apply to legal service authority for free legal aid. They will provide free advocate and expenses amount also.
