Hi,
If your father has mentioned about his oral partition in gift deed and registered will it is legally valid. Normally girl children are given their share of property at the time of their marriage in oral partition form called pasapu kunkumma. It is valid in eyes of law. Sister cannot claim partition now as your father has categorically made it clear on oral psrtion in his gift deed and also in his registered will. So no worries.
