Can sister ask for her share in father's property after giving NOC

Sisters giving noc.can it be registeted? Father writing registered will.can sister challenge wiil for their share,after his death ,even if the noc is registered?can a registeted noc be cancelled by sisters in sub registrars office ? Is there any disablity cluse in delhi for exemption in stamp duty?

If the sister has relinquished her share in the property then no objections can be raised at a later stage whatsoever, however, if there is any suspicion over her relinquishment, she can challenge the will and claim her share and as per the Hindu Succession Act, a woman is as much an inheritor in the property as any other class 1 heir.

If you are having the registered will, then it will be operative the moment your father died (tell me the time of your father's death as there is limitation period).
For that you would have to go to the court and apply for it's execution by getting the legal successor certificate.
After that things would be in your possession, let your sister prove it's invalidity if she can which can be dealt at later stage.
No need to get any NOC just by the above procedure as it would take 4 months.
