Can seller asking to stay in property for some days after registry?

We are Hindu and have given token money of 4 lakhs to the seller of a flat in Indirapuram...our loan now sanctioned and now the seller is asking that we can get the registry done but will not a few days to vacate the property since he also in prosess of shifting to a property which he is buying ....as per seller he will pay for the new property from the amount which he receives from us on this property....as per seller he does not want to shift to a rented property since it will be a 15-20 days he need.....is there any problem if we do registry?

U wait 15 or 30 days nd dont go in dispute.
U have no registry yet and if you will go to court then its take to issue notice for one month. So its better if he wiil give u possession in a month then its good for you.
