Can registry of property be done in another village within the Taluka
24-Dec-2024 (In Property Law)
There is a property up for auction, the original purchase happened in Byagadadenahalli in 2013
But in 2018 it was mortgaged to a bank and in that village is Kammasandra
So these 2 show up in different Encumberance Certificates according to the offices... The property details match fully, and khata no and address and everything matches.
Is this safe to buy based on just this aspect?
