Can property be sold to 3rd party if NOC is not given by the 1st owner

Helo sir My question is when a person has not recieved no objection certificate from the previous owner and in gmada records he is still the owner, can the new owner who still hasnot recieved noc enter into agreement to sell with a third party, when actuaaly in gmada records he is not owner and has nit recieved noc

Hello sir/madam, usually, no property belonging to gmada can be sold or agreed to be sold without taking NOC from the concerned authority. Prior permission is necessary. Rest depends on conditions of allotment letter.

sir, in the present case NOC is must required for the second owner,otherwise second owner without clear entitlement cannot execute the agreement with the third party.
firts of all get NOC from glada then enter into agreement

Ans:---Property cannot sold/transfer without the concent of orignal owner. If anybody is doing abovesaid act , you can lodge complaint against him
