You have to send legal notice to whom the property is sold and file a suit for injunction, declaration and nullifying the sale deed. You can give a police complaint for forgery of your signature and making GPA to sell your property. For the aforesaid remedies you have to take action immedialtely or else you will be loosing the claim over property.
