Can previous owner evict me for construction in land which is now govt

I hv paid 50000 Chq and 400000 Cash to a farmer for a property aquired by govt 12 Years back i hv regiatered P.O.A. And notorised sale deed and affidavit i hv built a toilet in that property and electric meter stands in my name can the farmer evict me from that property which today does not belong to him in 7/12 Extract name of maharashtra govt is there pl advise

since you have paid the amount the previous owner does not have any right to evict you. SInce you have a POA for consideration, the agency so created cannot be terminated, nor can you be evicted therefrom
