Can person who get ownership of property by will can make will for same property further.
A property acquired by way of will is beneficiaries self acquired property in case property in the hand of his testator is self acquired property. Because it's nature is self acquired therefore you can also make a will of the same as per your own wish and desire.

yes if the person has got the ownership through the will and that will increase if it is probate. name the owner of the property can sell of that property and can also create a will. the test is that that property while making a will should be in your name

Yes after will he becomes the sole owner of the property n he can do whatever he desires like sell, gift, will etc …. There is no hurdle …
