Can parents claim over deceased son property

My father purchased a land on my elder brother name when he was studying. He had just completed his degree in 1999. Now he died leaving 2 children. Now can parents claim that prpperty. Even can i claim that property on the basis of huf
The property is purchased on your brother's name by your father. When he was a student and who got just completed his graduation. Your parents cannot claim the same as they have purchased the property for their son out of love towards their Son. The said property will go to widow of your brother and his children.
