Can my father claim his fathers property

My father's father in law took my father adaption in around 1960 he registered some property.after he died his wife gives remaining property to my father's brother. For taking adaption there is no written eve dance. So please give me advise to get remaining property

if your adopted grand father name written in your father any type of documents, like in policy as a nominee. or in school certificates . or any registered documents, if it is there we file a suit on the other side person .

You can file a case against the brother stating that you are legally a adopted son and now your father is expired and you and your family are the legal representative of the father's property and you want share
