From my understanding of the query, the mother gifted her property to her two sons and one of them has died.

If the one who has died, died without making a Will with respect to that property, the property will be devolved as per the Hindu Succession Act and the legal heirs of the deceased will get the property.

Dear Sir,

The Legal Heirs of the son, who has died will receive his share from the gift deed. If there is no legal heir of the deceased son, in such circumstances, other brothers will get equal share in his property. this will also include the son who is not given any share in the property through gift deed.

Regards,
