Can mother file for stay on sale of property which is on fathers name

My father is going to sell all reisential property can my mother take stay order against the property The thing is all the documents related to property is registered on his name . Religion Hindu
Yes the mother can file a injunction case against the husband for stay on sale of property claiming that the husband's intention of selling the property are not with good intentions and this act of Husband amounts to cruelty and if your mother is not working then she can claim maintenance and obtain stay by filing civil suit for injunction.
