Can mother cancel gift deed through which she transferred property

My grandfather gifted to my mother through partition. she gifted my father in may2007. But my father sold to someone as sale deed in Dec 2007, within a month my father filed case against him as he submitted false document to register office as sale deed. we lost case in 2013 and he took the property of another survey no of my relatives as he don't know the property where it has. after 3yrs Jan2016 he went taluk office to survey his property,Is there any right my mother has to cancel my fathers gift deed?the someone's document valid or not if my mother cancel gift deed ?

Your mother cannot cancel the gift deed now as time has passed . the only way is that your mother should file a case against your father and then cancel the gift deed.

your other statements are not coherent from a lawyer point of view. Please provide a detailed query which may be as follows:

a) Mother obtained property on partition from her father
b) Mother gifted to father the property vide gift deed in May 2007.
c) Father sold..

yes gift deed can be cancelled but here as u said your mother filed a case which was decree against your mother. here we can go for appeal against the judgement of trail court once i go through documents we can decide what should be done usually we have good chances in appeal .we can get a judgement in your favour
