Can minor son after attaining majority claim their right in property

11-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My dad bought a property about 35 years ago. My dad paid an amount and he and his sons except 2 who where minors then signed the deal. Its now transferred to me and we are staying there for past 30 years, the minors then now claim the right to property. How to deal with it.

The query is misconceived. It is unlikely that, 35 years ago, a sale deed required the signature of the purchasers. So also, how was this property transferred to you? what is the claim that the 'minors' are making?
