Can MCD break room constructed on my own land.

I have a ground floor flat in DDA flats. I have made a room in the garden area in 1998 but only have proof of its existence post 2011. Can MCD break my rooms. Can I get it regularized. I have back payed all property tax in 2019.
Yes you can get it regularised provide it is allowed by MCD bylaws . pending thereto you must obtain a stay order from the court if you fear imminent threat to your property. And you must also tell which notice have you received till now 343 , 344 or 345 of DMC ACT
