Can LO order be challenged in the court

My father four brother's and two witness has no objection in transferred of house as said in unregistered will before commissioner of suboffice municipal corporation chandigarh. Commissioner signed it, after it, before notification time of 30 days uncle objection by family settlement matter, which is not mattered to it. but LO of MC CHD. said make it registered from court. why we regd. from court when all agree. Can we challenge LO order in court or suit case in civil court CHD. local advocate advice us suit case in court. Please guide us.

If any of your uncle is having the interest in your father's property and he is objecting the will probably excluding him and he want his share, if so, then in this situation, you certainly need to get the Will probated through court by proving it by filing appropriate civil suit.
If your this uncle is not legally inheriting your father's property or having no right or share in the said property then he has no right even to object it..
All it depends upon the clear facts of your case.

1. Who has executed the will ?
2.Who all are the heirs to the said property?
3. weather it is self acquires property of the person executing the will?
4. What is the Locus Standi of your uncle?
5. What exactly has the estate office chandigarh stated?
