Can legal heirs of owner of property file a case once its sold
23-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Property was purchased in 2007 from A, same property was earlier purchased by A from B. B had inherited property from his father. Now B second wife son(C) claims that property was sold without his consent and he was minor then and files a case in court. further during the sale of property from B to A there was pauper original petition between B and his second wife. Now where do I stand in this legal issue. B is a Hindu.
B sold to a property which B inherited from his father. Here B's second wife son (Mr.X) has the same legal right as that of B's other legitimate children (if any). B's second wife son (Mr.X) may get a share if established and proved that A has purchased the property with the knowledge of Lispendens. You may consult a good property Lawyer in your locality with the documents in your hand with respect to the property in question.
