Can i submit property documents 20 days after registration

I am selling a flat in mumbai 90% of which buyer will be paying through home loan after registration, he wants to do registration urgently as his home loan preapproval expiry date is nearing, but my property documents are with other bank with which i have already home loan going on and it will only be coming from bank after foreclosure in 20 days, will it be safe to submit documents after 20 days of registration, pls advise
Dear Querist, Registration of a title document can be done after payment of necessary earnest money/token. You can include all these terms and conditions in your draft, so as to ensure the transparency in transaction.
