Can I stop my father from selling grandfather's property

We are living in our grandfather's self acquired property. My father replaced his name on property papers. Now he wants to sell the property. Can I oppose him and save the property ?

No you can not take any step to prevent your father to sale the property by way of law....

First of all the term "property papers" needs to elaborated.Secondly,whether grandfather is still alive or passed away.Thirdly,whether grandmother is alive.fourthly,who are other heirs as per your information and knowledge.Finally,whether any will made by your grandfather or gave away his property to your father's name assuming that he is dead.Please send your answers at the earliest.

grandsons have no right in self acquired property of grandfather. During lifetime of his children i.e. your father, grandsons have no right on grandfather property.

therefore your oppose will not be beneficial.
