Can i sell property without the signature of my son
01-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My husband died one year back, his property (his own property) has been transfered to my name through poti khata, I have one daughter, two sons and now I am sell that property one of my son is not coming to signature the property is for sale so without his signature can I sell the property, please guide me
If your husband has died intestate and if it is his self acquired property then you can't sell the property without your son's signature. If your husband has executed Will or Gift deed in your name and if the khatha is transferred on that basis to you then you are free to sell at whomever you want.
