Can I sell property with partially registered sale deed

20-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
In 2003 , my uncle purchased property and taken loan from bank but due to some financial issues he could not carry the payment to the bank, so as deal i paid the home loan EMI amount till 2012 and we did partial registered sale deed in 2015 to purchase the property from him putting condition that he will clear the bank due within time frame but as he could not clear the complete outstanding of bank towards mortgage property could not be transferred in my name by sale deed. After that i paid complete loan and get property free from Bank , Now i want to sale that property is it possible that he sell the property and payment can be taken by me ( I'm ready to accept all amount in my name) so that i can purchase another property or we need to do the complete sale deed once again and than i sell it to anybody other. My property is in Kota (Rajasthan) Hindu

Any property can only be sold by a person who is having title of property in his favour from your query I t is not clear. If you have complete title in your favour than only you can transfer it others' favour otherwise you will have to get the title transfer in your favour than only u can transfer it.
