Can i save my land from land acquisition?

Sir,
My orchard which is having 1000 mango trees is to be acquired by the government as it was marked by the government officials as per the speculation but i did not got any kind of notice , kindly help me how to save my land from acquisition and if not for saving it please help me in maxmising the compensation for it .
yes you will get the compensation for it and moreover government cannot acquired land without giving you a notice. you can file a case for it. further as per the new act people get maximum compensation

yes you can say with your land from land acquisition by the government . you have need to writ petition in your nearing High Court . then you will get compensation and other things from the High Court .
