You cannot ask the court to nullify the whole sale deed as your mother is also one of the legal heir. You can ask the court to declare 1/2 share is invalid on the ground that my mother is an ostensible owner but not legal owner to such property. You should establish the fact the property purchased by my father with his hard money. The total burden on you it never shifts.

If the property self acquired by your mother then you cannot claim your share , your mother have absolute right on the said property, if you prove that said property which acquired by your mother through your father then will success to nullify registration by approach the civil court.

if the property is acquired by your father and he died intestate and then you can claim a share as a daughter and if the property itself is registered on your mother name you need to prove the money for purchase of the said property was given by your father then only you can cancel the sale deed
