Can I have a Property claim in ancestral property?
18-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
There is an ancestral property. I am not sure if my father is alive because he never stayed in touch with me and he has transferred this property to his step daughter.
I don’t know if he is alive. Can I claim title over this property if he is alive? And if he isn’t, what can I claim?
on the above mentioned query legal opinion from my side is that if the property is ancestral so you have the right legal in this property . ancestral property means the said property belongs to your grand father or great grandfather , your father does not transfer his rights to step daughter. if the property belongs to your father it means property purchased by your father's own income then if he wants , he transferred his rights To stepdaughter or any one else.
so you can claim your share said ancestral property
so you can claim your share said ancestral property
