Can i get succession of property after my mother's death

I'm Hindu female residing in same house paying all electricity & water bills . After my mother death who is half owner of house with my father . Can I get succession certificate for the property

A lot depends on how the property was acquired to decide your share in the property and accordingly rights in it too. Be that as it may, your share in the property stands confirmed if said property was in your name.

yes, after the ammendment of 2005 in the hindu succesion act, the daughters are made out to be copaceners, i.e daughters have an equal share as the sons do
therefore you can claim partition and get your share in the said property
