can I get share in the property which is in my 2nd mother's name

I am a hindu. My mother is the second wife of my father as he has no children from his first wife. My stepmother love me very much. There are some property bought in her name. So who will inherit those property. I don't have any stepbrother or any one. Is anyone else can claim her property after her. Should I make a will of these properties or I will owe it without any objections?
You register a gift / will from her in your name and / or in short you made a family settlements. Which is also mountable before the eye of land.Therafter on very basis you may obtained a mutation and made entry in register 02. In concerned block.
