I purchased a 488-yard plot in BB Nagar, Hyderabad, in 2008. It belonged to ex-MLA Budida Bikshamaiah Goud, who had given GPA to his PA, Sambayya. However, the plot is now occupied by someone named Kondal Reddy. Despite approaching Bikshamaiah for resolution, he has not responded for over a year.
For above issue can i consult lawyer in Tirupati.
hi no you need to consult the lawyer in Hyderabad only for any disputes and that you could send legal notice to him to register the land and if he failed to register then you could file suit for specific performance
