Can I claim the Ancestral property sold by father in 2003

27-Aug-2024 (In Property Law)
My great grandfather had partitioned his property to his children . One plot with a small house was given to my grandfather. My father and Aunty who were the legal heirs sold the property in 2003 with an affidavit stating that the amount will be used for construction of house and for minor children( myself and my sister) Can I and my sister claim the property rights of the same.
