Can I claim ancestral property in possession of relatives since 1926

29-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
My grand grand father was expelled from their property by their own relatives after the death of their parents, so Can I expect justice in this case? This happened before the independence because my grand grandmother died in 2014 at age of 100 (approx) and my grand grand father must be at age of 12 to 16 when he left his house so this incident must have happened in between 1922 to 1926, but I know the family which holds the property at present.
