Can I buy the gift deed property

Respected sir/madam, Myself Suresh, i want to buy a property which is recently gift deed registered (one month) before on july 2020 from donor (husband) to his donee (wife). Now his wife want to sell that gift deed registered property. Can I buy that plot or not. Note: She is saying that, on registration time her husband will put witness signature.

Yes, you can buy the property without any issue. but I would recommend you to purchase the property after being satisfied with the proceeds of the property with the guidance of the expert. Once the history sheet as to no encumbrance to the property is clear, there will be issue as to purchase the property on the basis of gift deed
