My grandfather writes house to my grand mother. Only my grand mother survive but not able to sell or write. After my grand mother, all properties goes to his two sons. Now, my grand mother's both sons are dead. My question is my grand mother can sell or write this property.

Hi, Which religion do you belong?. I think writing a WILL or Sale deed may not be feasible at this point of time. In most cases the property will devolve to the descending legal heirs(if the sons are predeceased your grandmother). The proportion of share given to the legal heirs will depend up the religion you belong to.
