26-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
i have filled for 1/3rd share in his grandfather s property in 2015, but now my lawyer said that because of new change in law it is difficult to get the property, is it that ancestral property will not come to the share of granfchildren unless their father is alive.

The grand children can not claim in ancestral property of their father if their father is alive. If any partition is effected in the joint family of their father and property is separated from ancestral property then the grand children can claim partition against their father.
