Can grandchild claim for share in maternal grand parent's property

08-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
I'm (Hindu) only single girl child for my parents. My grandfather (mother's father) was died on 1983. On 1990 their ancestoral property was divided between my mother (before her marriage) and her 3 brothers . for that partnership deed were done signed by all of them and registered. But this was not yet made 'KATHA' in their names. Katha is still in the grandfather name. My aunt (grand father's another daughter) did not signed to this deed and did not give any share in this property. And in the deed mentioned that In whole property the small part is to my mother and rest of whole property right is to 3 brother only. And still is not divided among my uncles. The property is still in my grand fathers name. Now all the 3 uncles were died and 2 uncles dont have any wife and child. But 1 is have wife no child. Now only my mother , aunt and my uncle's wife is alive. Now my question is I have any right on this rest of 2 uncles property. Is have any share on this property?

No you don't have any right in the property derived from your mother side if your mother wish she can execute Will or Gift deed in your name hence it depends on your mother. You will not even get right on your uncles property also though they have died .
