In mutation record is showing property on the name on 5 boy and 2 girls. Mutation not showing my mother in pedigree chart. Can i claim any right in property
Hello dear, being one of the legal heirs you are entitle to get the share of your property provided your grand father has not made any will in favour of other legal heirs. The property was the self acquired property of your grandfather so he was entitle to made a valid will.
Yes, you can file case for correction of the mutation entry. You have to prove that your mother is the legal hair of his father. Cade has to be filled by your mother and when you able to prove than you have right I'm the property.
