Can gift deed be revoked without the knowledge of the donee

I am a Hindu.My grandmother gifted a property to my father as gift deed in 1987.In 2002 my father passed away.In 2011 my grandmother again gifted some part of that property to my aunty without our knowledge.There is no condition in the gift deed which has given to my father.I am a hindu.Please suggest me what should i do and who is the owner of that property after the death of my father.can my grandmother revoke the gift deed as per law?
Unless I peruse the gift deed, it is difficult to give proper opinion. However on the basis of your statement , I can say that property once gifted can't be gifted whole or part thereof to somebody else. It is better to sit with me for just and proper opinion.
