Can father transfer ancestral property without consent of his children
15-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
My father is a drinker and hits us badly everyday now we (me,mother and sisters) are come out of the house and staying separately. My father has agriculture land on his name which is earned by his grandfather. Now he want to transfer/sale to his sisters since we are not staying with him. Here comes my question. Does he has right to transfer/sell the property without my and my siblings signature?
The property is ancestral property and divided into 3 shares only one share of the property has got the right to alienate by ur father remaining two shares has got the right to his children. If the children's are major part of the transfer is valid acquired by ur father share but not the whole
